I get the message: "Your account has been locked."
Answer
After multiple incorrect log-in attemts, your account will be inaccessible for 30 minutes.
To unlock your account:
- Do not attempt to log in and please wait at least 30 minutes. Attempting to log in again will result in the lock out timer restarting.
- Return to the Candidate Home Sign In page and use the "Forgot Password" option in the bottom right. Enter your email address and click SUBMIT.
- The system will send a one-time reset link to you email address on file. Continue to reset your password following the on screen instructions.
- If you receive an error message indicating "an account with this email does not exist" this means that you did not complete creation of a candidate home account when applying which is required to check your apply status.
Note: For security reasons, we are unable to unlock or reset your password on your behalf but can assist with your candidate home creation.
